These folks are the best! Not just extremely knowledgeable, experienced and caring of your pet, but very professional, helpful and respectful to the owner all the time — phone and in person.They are always focused on everything about your pet during a visit and take time with your pet to build trust. They genuinely love animals, it’s clear to see, and they are always patient and gentle. As well, their prices are very reasonable.I highly recommend this organization and all the people who work here — Drs, techs, admin — all great people! Five stars for sure!

I’ve been taking my baby, Mr.Spanky, here since moving to the area in 2018. They are attentive, they manage to squeeze us in when there’s an emergency and they are reasonably priced. This is the only place our babies go as we grow our fur family.

FCAMC has the best staff and is very caring. They listen to your needs and provide high quality care to your pets. They are a wonderful family owned business! If you have pets, I highly recommend Franklin County Animal Medical Center.

Franklin County Animal Medical Center is great. Dr Sara Bryan is the best vet. I've been to many vets in my life and she tops them all. I had to put one of my dogs to sleep several months ago. That was my first time of doing that. She was so kind and compassionate to me and my dog. I didn't have an appointment and they told me to bring her right in. She was suffering and they didn't want her to go through that. The staff there is great too. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

PACIFIC TNR works with them regularly with managed intake to take our kittens after socialization for adoption. We are officially fosters so we have been able to get kittens and adults adopted that we pulled from the field during TNR. VERY HELPFUL. EASY TO WORK WITH AND NECESSARY FOR US.

I transferred my care to this excellent team when one, I was desperate for a much needed second opinion and two, I needed a practice that was open more than just Monday through Thursday. I have been bringing my kids here for at least 3 years now and I've always had great visits. Gentle with my kids, knowledgeable vets and staff are both accommodating and patient with our needs, fully explain recommended treatments and answers all questions. I also foster so they work great with the rescue agency too. From puppy stage to helping them cross the Rainbow Bridge when it's time, it's obvious why these vets chose this profession. They also have late hours on Monday and Saturday hours which fit my busy schedule. Highly recommend FCAMC!! ??

I am an advocate for my dog. He had a preventative surgery done and they doubted me when I told them they had an infection, they also with held his preventative medication for heart worms and were not quick to tell me about a waiver for it. They never even offered me the heart worm prevention injection which he is old enough to have now. I got so much run around and had to spend a ton more money getting him the care he needed after surgery. I spent over $500 on his surgery at this office and a cone was not included. After I found out what the extra charge was, I’d rather go spend my money on a onesie instead of a cone. Ridiculous. I feel like they’re more worried about money, than my dogs health. Otherwise, they would have given my dog, who means everything to me antibiotics for his infection. I went to a different vet, they drained the infection, heart worm ejection, and prescribed him antibiotics. Because I am an intelligent human and know what an infection looks like….not to mention how they botched his microchip information and I am the one who had to straighten it out with zero help from them. Choose your vet wisely. Someone who will actually LISTEN to you.

Took our male Doberman in to be checked, the entire staff and the Veterinarians are awesome! Everyone is very caring and compassionate. The facility is always clean and inviting. So glad we bring our Dobermans here. Thank you.

I board my doggos here and they are always so excited when we walk in. We love the staff here.We also had to put down a very old dog here. The staff were amazing and so kind. They let us take all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and love on our girl.
