Staff is very rude. The manager is nice, but the other staff, (Alexis and Paula) are very rude, even yelled at customers when they walked in (a young boy to go back outside with his mom).

Pricing is a little missr 2 leading. The price for the item I purchased on shelf was one price, but at register, it was higher. I was told it because I wasn't a member of their club!

Absolute worst experience in any store as a customer I’ve had. Micah I believe his name is refused to allow me to see how well a cart rolled and when the very nice lady who was on the middle of actually getting the item down he stopped her and told her “no we aren’t getting that down for them, it’s too much” with an attitude. Just shop online to avoid this disrespectful “employee”

So I bought the Titan mig 170 for $550. I wanted a wire welder that would run off of 120 V. Had a small job to do, and it kept shutting off and going to alarm mode. Thought I might be asking too much of it, so I switched to 220 V. It acted the same, I'd have to unplug it and let it reset. So I went back to harbor freight to return not very impressed at all. After only running it for 10 or 15 minutes. They charge you $100 to return anything if you don't replace what a beautiful policy.
