What really makes them stand out, though, is how understanding they’ve been. I’ve been going through some financial struggles lately, and they have been patient, kind, and willing to work with me. That kind of empathy is rare these days, and it really means a lot.

“Impressive! If you are looking for gorgeous flowers, quick delivery, and people who care then this is the place to get your floral needs! We had a very special person admitted to the hospital and I quickly Googled local florist in Washington. I went with the first one that popped up which to my surprise was not even a local shop in the area! They assured me the flowers would be delivered then 2 hours later sent me an email stating we would get a full refund and they would not be delivering (no phone call)! I was panicking as it was already late in the afternoon. I called Four Seasons and I shared my horrific story with her and she was so kind and helpful. She told me she would be happy to get the flowers to the hospital the same day! Two days later I got an opportunity to visit the patient and her flowers were stunning! I just told her the price we wanted to spend and told her we wanted something cheery and they delivered! Thanks so much for saving the day! 10/10 recommend!”
