The Highlights

Comfort & Amenities: The beds were soft and comfy, and the room was a decent size with a larger-than-average fridge and even a safe. The big tub was a nice surprise, and it’s the little things that count—like the thicker toilet paper!

Convenience: The location is perfect, close to everything you could possibly need.
Pool & Laundry: The indoor pool is a great feature, open until 10 PM, and they conveniently provide towels right there at poolside. The on-site washer and dryer actually work, which made our stay much easier.

Entertainment: Plenty of TV channels to choose from.

Areas for Improvement

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few issues that kept it from being a perfect five stars:

Maintenance & Tech: The Wi-Fi was frustratingly spotty, and the outlets on the lamps didn't work.

Shower Performance: The water pressure was lacking, and the showerheads had some buildup/grime that could use a good vinegar soak to improve flow and cleanliness. Also, there was a strange plumbing noise where the shower draining could be heard echoing in the bathroom sink.

Breakfast: The breakfast selection is quite basic—mostly just waffles, cereal, and bread. It would be great to see at least one more substantial hot option added to the rotation.

Despite those small hiccups, the cleanliness and the wonderful staff made this a great place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again if I'm back in the area.”
