I have been very happy with the customer service here! Everyone is very helpful. The delivery crew is awesome and friendly. Whenever I have to travel, the staff go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. I’ve dealt with two other oxygen supply companies in the past and this one is far better in every way. They are friendly and make my life, and needing to use oxygen, so much easier!

Great experience! Great service! Emily went out of her way to provide me with my needed equipment. Alex delivered equipment quicker than I had expected and was excellent in showing me how to work it. Very happy with my new medical provider.

My CPAP machine broke my husband is on oxygen I have seizures and they want me to drive my machine there have it fixed but yet we get our oxygen supplies from them the manager was very rude our store wanted me to drive to the office in Washington

They convince you to join the auto ship for supplies and don’t explain everything how expensive everything is and I have canceled it and was assured I would not get charged again and every month still getting charged and no product getting shipped to me ,,, RIP-OFF

I've had issues getting my medical supplies 2 times now, it was delivered to another address, ended up having to go get my equipment i needed, so very disappointed!

I'm still pretty new to having a cpap, but the man that explained how to use it and helped me pick my mask, was really nice. It also held that he also has to use one so he knows what he's talking about when he gives instructions and advice. I noticed some of the reviews have complaints about receiving their supply replacements and such and i thought it would be worth mentioning that this place only has so much control over supplies, and they don't carry everything so they have to order stuff themselves. Just like a lot of businesses, the customers sometimes get mad/frustrated with the wrong people. Just try to remember unless they are being unfriendly or refuse to advise on who you need to contact outside of their location, please be kind.

Nice staff, but phone/customer service is terrible. Phone routing is set up to keep you from ever speaking to a real person. Can't get through. :(

Watch you accounts with these thevives they will send you a bill in the mail and take the money out of your account all so this has happened to us three times since January of this year ....nothing but thieves.....
