“I absolutely love this Petsmart. The staff has always been friendly every single time I come inside (and thats a lot for canned cat food lol)
The only thing that bothers me is that animal shelter that comes with dogs for adoption on saturdays. I've tried to find their business but it seems to be nowhere. The older lady who was running it, I saw her kick a cage of a dog who was barking. Not very professional and extremely abusive towards the dogs. I wished I could find their own page to review them but it apparently Google says they are in Chicago and the whole thing sounds sketchy. Sorry I had to mention it here instead of their own page.”
