“Tonya and Dan are the best! Tonya is so patient and helpful and Dan is just about the best mailman you could ever ask for. He goes above and beyond the call of duty each day to make his customers happy. I've seen him walk mail up to the elderly, fix peoples rugs, drag trash cans in, etc. You won't find that out of anyone else. Dogs love him,too! Dan is the man!”

“The Villa Ridge post office goes above and beyond with customer service. I had a package that was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. I called and the kind, gentleman employee tracked my package down and hand delivered it to me.
Within an hour of calling, I had my package. They are outstanding.
I wish I had gotten his name to give him a personal shout out. Thank you again awesome postal employee!!”

“Amy helped us with a passport renewal. She was so helpful and so friendly. We saw her interact with other customers and she was personable, outgoing and so willing to do anything necessary for customers. We ended up having to make an extra trip there that same day. And again was wonderful. We tell everyone we know about the excellent customer service she provided us as well as other customers. This post office is lucky to have her! And so are the customers!”
