Reboot techs did an excellent basic clean-up of my desktop PC, and then recommended that the old hard drive be replaced with a new one. They said I would definitley notice the increased online speed, so I approved the installation. The increased efficiency of my computer is remarkable. Even the photo software works better. I recommend Reboot as a reputable company.

I bought a Win 10 computer from reboot. It is the WORSE computer I have ever owned in over 20 years of owning PC's. It is CONSTANTLY accessing the HDD. It takes between 10 -100 seconds just to open a wordpad document. It is extremely slow at everything. The HDD will not stop loading windows 10 or only God knows what it has to be busy ALL THE TIME! You can't do anything on it because it's 100% busy with the HDD. Not only that, but I bought a monitor with the computer. And They had it sitting in the sun light, so I didn't notice until I got home that the right side of the screen is washed out in white. And they told me NO RETURNS. Now after 10 days of using this computer I bought from reboot. It has locked up with a black screen. If you do the math and divide the cost by 10 that's $24 a day.
