The staff are truly great people, laid back, very approachable, friendly, and full of great advice. They are always willing to take the time to understand what customers need and answer questions. They provide very quick and friendly service for repairs, from a simple flat repair to more complex work, making bikes better than brand new. They are helpful even in semi-emergencies. Customers highlight the importance of shopping local, as the staff's expert guidance ensures the right bike size and superior quality, preventing mistakes. They do so much for the community and treat every customer very well, making people feel lucky to have them in town. Many state they will never go anywhere else for their bicycle needs.
