My honest opinion he doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. It has been nothing but a headache going through this guy. First of all I was promised my passenger mirror two months ago still haven’t gotten it. Had a bunch of issues with financing the vehicle first I had to give him $3000 down I got the car then after 4 days go by he says he need another $1000 don’t end up giving it to him and I still have the car so I think he just wanted a little bit of extra spending money. I’ve had the car for about two months and it just broke down yesterday and he has not been professional about it at all, yah I admit I’m a little upset about the whole thing but no need for this guy to hang up on me and leave me with a potato of a car.

Me and my boyfriend purchased a car a month ago, we got told we would get our title in 7-10 days and it still hasn't came so we can't legalize it. We also took it to a shop and they told us it shouldn't have passed inspection for multiple reasons. Don't do business with him he will not fix the problems with a vehicle he sells you even when it came off his lot with those problems. He knew we just had a baby and my grandma had cancer and that we needed a reliable vehicle to get her and the baby to appointments. The car ended up leaving me, my sick grandma and my newborn stranded on the side of the highway after a coolant line blew as well and is going to run me 1400+ to fix it and the problems it came with.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE
I recently purchased a vehicle for my new infant child and grandmother with cancer( which I told him) the car broke down the first day of the purchase luckily I know somethings about cars when they were working on it they left a live wire from the battery loose 😒 it caused a bunch of codes and would not start. Got that fixed then a hundred miles down the road a coolant line broke not to mention the car should have never past a safety inspection the sway bar link is not even attached (which in my opinion why would you sell this car to a brand new father with a infant child knowing I needed it to take her to the doctor and my grandmother to chemo) leaving me with a 1500 dollar bill on new to me car I just purchased not even two weeks ago he is refusing to help me pay anything on the vehicle which is really screwing me over financially for my family 😭
He wil act like waving the down payment it such a good thang and then charge you 30% in interest for the car I would not purchase a vehicle from him he does not care after you buy the vehicle from him and will screw you over but will act all friendly when your there
Please take this message and run
It used to be a good business but he is running his grandfather's name into the dirt.
And the stories I've heard of him this is not of what he would have wanted

The entire car buying process was made incredibly easy by Noah. No stereotypical used car salesman vibes, no pressure at all. Noah was super laid back, you can just tell that he is a sincerley honest guy. Elbert Motor Co has gained a life long customer in me. I highly recommend checking them out.

I have lived in Washington most of my life and have known the Elbert name in relation to cars. A number of people warned us not to go here but everyone, every situation is different. My son was in desperate need a different vehicle and we have watched the Elbert lot for at least a year. There was a 2016 Jeep Wrangler and my son did his research and we knew what we wanted, needed, and what we would not do.
Noah was amazing. Most males in this profession would talk down to a mom and her son, but Noah did not. He was respectful and extremely helpful. We were able to do all the things that we needed to do (vehicle, loan, warranty, etc) in one spot. My son is so proud of his “new” vehicle and that it is his responsibility. Thank You Noah!

Great people a great service! They were very helpful and determined to help get me an my girlfriend in the right car that was best for us! Bad reviews. I thought Noah was a good person, he is but not when it comes to his cars. He promises stuff and not coming through with his promises.. my Nissan transmission went out and I didn't even have it 1 yr yet. He didn't offer an extended warranty on it nor he did offer any kind of help to fix it. I've heard bad stuff about this place and I'll never go back. Thanks but no thanks.
