I’m so frustrated with CVS, but it’s NOT the employees’ fault. CVS under staffs the pharmacy, there are crazy short hours to get anything done, and there is always a line. Always a line and only 1 window open! Plus you call and they don't answer and you leave a message and they never call back. Plus they never called and let me know if my script was ready even after it being a week that it was called in by my doctor.
