I’m so frustrated with CVS, but it’s NOT the employees’ fault. CVS under staffs the pharmacy, there are crazy short hours to get anything done, and there is always a line. Recently they lost one of my dog’s prescriptions and now my vet says cvs has to figure it out. I’m so frustrated, and it’s been a huge time consuming mess.

Always a line and only 1 window open! Plus you call and they don't answer and you leave a message and they never call back. Plus they never called and let me know if my script was ready even after it being a week that it was called in by my doctor.

Got plenty of meds on a regular myself. Been to PLENTY LOTS of pharmacies in Franklin County as a result. Most found at least one they wouldn't be able to keep up with (randomly) each month. Tried this place once just trying to fill one of those random scripts my current pharmacy not only let me run out of but couldn't even bother to let me know and was taken aback by the fantastic staff and great as well as friendly service they provided. A few months of this, and them always having what I needed and I completely switched. Couldn't be happier and can't recommend them enough.

Called in at 1pm to pick up my grandmother's medication as she was running low. Was told the earliest we could get it was July but they suddenly decided we could get it by 5pm today.Show up at 5pm. They had no record of that, claimed I was lying, and then the girl inside took an attitude.They claim she has a 3 month supply, why would I be there if we still had medicine?

Been waiting for over 5 hrs at the store for my meds they keep telling me it will be just a few more minutes.... they can help people that walk in and get them in and out but I'm stuck in limbo this place can go to hell

Every pharmacist has been amazing and helped out my son and has his medicine ready on time. They go above and beyond because he really needs his meds. I love it. I love them. I'll never go anywhere else. ❤❤❤
