Entry way was a mess and the people guiding us into the car wash kept having us go forward but they were in front of the car fully and we couldn't even go forward so we just waited for them to notice we can't go forward if they're right in front of the car. But nice wash just wish for a better entry way and maybe some more training.

The people you first meet are kind, courteous, and informative. Sometimes, the computer system lags and makes for a minor setback with the speed going into the wash. No fault to them, technology flakes sometimes. The wash itself is well maintained, so it doesn't cause damage to the vehicles. Outside at the vacuums, it is clean, and they work wonders. The customer's bathroom is clean.

At two different points in the last three weeks, I have lost parts off of my rear window wiping system. I’ve gone in four times now for the first piece and for the second piece I went in immediately after it got torn off of my vehicle and they weren’t able to find it. Very frustrated with the help.

Over time the side rails from your track have rubbed the small ribs off of my AMG rims costing me unexpected damages that happened over time. The car wash is great but possibly not for someone with these intricate designs on their vehicle.
