“All the other U-Hauls were either closed or had bizarre weekend hours,like undisclosed. The gentleman working at this store answered the phone promptly &responded to my questions, letting me know not only did he had what I was looking for but how to get to his location. Then with me being in a wheelchair he came out to my van looked at what I was needing to box up, found the right size box brought it out to test to make sure it worked for my needs, brought up the tape and a couple of bags of peanuts to make sure that my item was packaged and secure for FedEx shipping. I can not thank him enough for his professionalism and assistance.”
