The app is absolutely terrible. If i could give this place 0 stars I would. It takes days for a check less than $500 to deposit in my account. It’s absurd. That is my money!!! And now I have to wait days for it to clear and for what reason? This bank is awful.

Businesses beware! This bank is extremely unprofessional. Their staff is untrained, and they will attempt to steal your money if possible. Report all fraud actions that this bank will attempt to commit to the CFPB and the OCC. If you value your business, then do not risk using US Bank

Alyssa and Katie are rockstars! I’ve been battling with United States Customs Immigration Services to get legally married to someone who isn’t an American. While doing this, they require a I-134, Declaration of support. On this, you need a statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institutions with deposits, identifying the following details regarding the account:A. date Account openedB. Total amounted deposited for the past yearC. Present BalanceWhat an odd request, right? Not only did they do that once so she could get her K1 Spouse Visa, but again for her adjustment of status for her Green card.Thank you so much Alyssa and Katie!- Logan Davis

Best interaction I have had in a bank in over a decade. Working on multiple banking tasks, Treasury notes, new accounts, etc. and was a pleasure to work with.

Sat waiting for notary, listened to her and her "customer" chat for over a half hour rarely asking questions pertaining to her visit. The other banker was stuck on hold. You have other customers your life experiences can wait till your of the clock.

The people at the Washington Bank are so friendly and helpful. I've banked there a long time and have never had a bad experience.

My mother recently passed away, and I’ve had to close her accounts and settle all her affairs. I had no trouble with her other banks, investment companies, or any other entities, but I’ve been dealing with this U.S. Bank location for years since I have handled my mothers finances for the past few years during her decline. I know from past experiences that they lack customer service, and so I elected to instead deal with their corporate office. My contact at US Bank suggested that I take all the Trust paperwork and other needed documents to a local branch so they could copy and send them on my behalf. To avoid the hassle of scanning, zipping and sending large files, etc, I reluctantly decided to again visit this branch.Naturally, the young teller who I spoke with didn’t know how to help me. He brought in a women to help, and this person seemed to be trying to find any possible way to avoid helping me. I showed her the email from their corporate office that explained what was needed, but this woman was rude and said “I don’t have to help you because your name isn’t on this account”. Again, I was simply showing her an email from her corporate office outlining exactly what was needed, which was merely copying and sending a few documents. At this point I decided that life is too short to waste on people like her, so I asked for my papers and decided I just go to the other, local branch. But I asked her name as I intended to call her manager to report the incredibly insensitive and rude comments she made. She refused to give me her name or business card, and she even took her nameplate off of her desk so I couldn’t see her name! I did see that the first name on the plate was “Heidi”.I then left and visited the other, local US bank branch where they helped me and had me out the door in about 10 minutes. They read the email, made and sent the copies, and were polite and friendly.Avoid this bank, and avoid “Heidi” at all costs.

My Mother recently passed away, and I have had to close several of her bank accounts in order to settle her estate. All but this one have been very friendly, sympathetic, polite, and helpful. But this branch has been difficult to deal with. instead of dealing with this branch, I opted to instead work with US Bank corporate office. They requested several documents and suggested that if I didn't want to go thru the trouble of scanning and sending them, I could take to a local branch and they would be glad to assist. Even tho I've had trouble at this branch before, it seemed to be a far easier option than scanning, zipping, and sending these forms to corporate. I then visited the branch and showed the teller the email from their corporate office. He requested help, and a woman named Heidi became involved. Instead of simply making the copies as her corporate office suggested, she told me that she didn't have to help me because my name was not on the account. Again, I showed her the email and explained that I just needed her to send copies to her office as per THEIR request. She was extremely rude, and again told me she wasn't required to help me. so I asked for my paperwork back, and for her name. She refused to give her name, and refused to give me her card. She even took her nameplate off her desk so I couldn't see her name, although I did see that the first name on the plate was "Heidi". I'll avoid US Bank from now on. Ive been insulted, and I've seen their abysmal, customer service first hand.

The branch manager Heidi was absolutely amazing and thorough helping me become informed on cashing a large check safely and the safety features that accompany a deposit!?

And come to this location at least twice a week and they always get me in and out fast. Anybody complaining about how long it takes don't see how multiple cars show up in minutes because it's a busy location. Great people work there. They truly gave me relief after my checks were stolen by fixing it all for me and showing compassion for my situation.

Waited for 30 MINUTES and they kept the lobby locked during OPEN HOURS. LAZY. Absolutely ridiculous and selective treatment of customers.
