“So after talking with a girl from there, she did investigate my account and I have had a lot of sales and will be sending me a check. So now I think this place will be a lot better!!! Thanks Grace this is the old review!!!! I've been taking a lot of stuff to them (my car was loaded), 2 huge travel bags with my best 20ish purses in them and alot of decorations, puzzles, etc dropped off 8/21 and then I took a ride up there 2 weeks later to see if my stuff is out in the store. I only saw 2 decorations, so I called and spoke with Debbie and I asked her about my great purses and multiple items, she said she saw the purses in a box and then they disappeared. She said that maybe Grace's daughter might of taken them to the store in Ofallon. So I was unknown that they could do that. So I called again and spoke with Grace, who was to call me and never did. Grace said she sold my purses for 1.00 each and was not putting them in the store shelves. She kept asking me the names on the purses, why is that. I asked for the money she got to put into my account and she said NO! Hey people you need to know that this place does not sell your stuff they give it away if it's not what they want. This is a resale shop and the are to sell it for you, BUT THEY DON'T. I feel like she stole all of my stuff that I took up there 8/21 as I was in need of money. If I don't get my items back or money to my account she will be reported to BBB. Grace has until today 9/18 to call me on this and if she doesn't call me that will be bad on her. Also why do they charge your account for fees. When I signed their application none of this was on my application. For furniture you need to send a photo to her phone to see if it's exceptable or not, she will reply on the photo. I never did that as they change their rules everytime. Why? This place is going down hill and I will be going up and taking the only 2 items that are there and will take them back and sell them on my own. Not worth the BS she put me thru. Also the people working are not respectful as when I took in all my stuff they were mad because I wouldn't close the door because they don't have AC in that area where you drop off stuff. Why don't they help me... How can I close a door when I carry huge box and multiple items and can't close the door. In the past I was declined 3 times on the stuff I took there. They are disrespectful. People beware of this information! Also their prices are really high on everything.!!!!”

“Everything is organized great and the employees are very friendly. My only complaint is it can get cramped sometimes, and I wish they had a wider variety of kids clothing but both of those things are out of the employee’s control so doesn’t affect store rating in my opinion.”
