The woman who works the counter should not be in customer service. She's rude to everyone and acts annoyed that customers could possibly want to ship a package or ask a question.. I thought maybe this was a one time thing but it's been on multiple occasions.

Staff is incredibly rude and speak to you as you are two years old. We had questions answered incorrectly and then talked to like it was our fault.

Every time I drop off a package there's a really nice lady working there.Idk her name, but she's always there in the evenings or around closing time and she's super friendly and professional and if she hasn't already gotten one, she deserves a raise! I honestly look forward to seeing her.

I got an email saying a package arrived, but when I checked the mailbox nothing was there. I went to the front desk and showed them the email, and they then directed me to the blue door so that someone could hand my package to me. The lady who greeted me was somewhat rude, explaining to me that just because a package arrived at a location does not mean that it’s ready to be picked up and that’s not how things work because there’s thousands of packages they have to sort through. I definitely understand where she was coming from, but her tone was not the friendliest and I didn’t know that it wasn’t ready to be picked up. I was only going off of the email I received, so I feel her tone could have been nicer. However, I was already having a bad morning so I could have perceived her wrong and I feel I wasn’t being very friendly either. So to the lady I spoke with, thank you for taking the time to explain to me how things work, and although do feel like your tone could have been more welcoming, I apologize for being cold as well. The gentleman that went and found my package for me was awesome, though. He was kind and I appreciate that he took the time to get it for me even though that’s not how they typically do things.

"Package Delivered" notification which was no where to be found. Saturday delivery day, left mail in the box but no package and didn't leave on porch. Was home all day. Does take some effort to get out of the truck.

Destroyed $300 worth of wedding pictures by folding the cardboard envelope that clearly stated PHOTOGRAPHS DO NOT BEND and shoved it in my box. There are drawers and lockers available to use yet the carrier decided this was the best option.

I have experienced Delivery of packages by choice of driver. It doesn't matter the size of package. I don't understand why some drivers deliver and others will not. I work during Usps hours and cannot always take time off from work. We even have a place for items that don't fit in the normal mail box. Very Frustrating

Called about a package that was too big for my mailbox. They said they had it. Drove an hour round trip togo get it to be told that it's being held at Marthasville. Our mail person has consistently put the wrong mail in my neighborhoods cluster box. They're so bad I have most of my mail sent to a relatives house.

Horrible service and lies. I understand that the amount of partials vs the avalible workforce can be an issue, and I get it. Just say the package was unable to be delivered before end of day. Don't like and say the address was inaccessible, or the customer requested a hold or delay. I'm the customer and I never once requested either. Also, don't send the package back to the sender, only because you are unable to deliver. How about try again the next business day? I can accept the honestly. I, however, cannot accept the lies to cover for their inability to make a delivery. These issues have went on for ears now in my area. Most of the time, when I can't contact them, they just tell me it was marked wrong and it will be delivered next day. Why lie?
