I bought trading cards at this Walmart, and when I opened the box it was empty. I called customer service and they wouldn't refund me or exchange out the cards. Now I'm out money and the product I was intending to purchase.

Closest Walmart to me. Clean store and friendly employees. Don't think I should have to bag my own groceries though.

Disgusting store and horrible customer service. The bakery section especially. Very very rude when I wanted a couple extra designs put on a cake for a suprise party for my wife. I live in Warrenton and I had to drive up here to this Walmart because they had the only products left for me to pick up for my wife's anniversary. And upon trying to get more design put on the cake the woman behind the counter was very rude to me and I feel like a complete idiot for not checking the cake but it was completely botched and really disgusting if I could I would give the young lady there and this store -10 stars. Can't believe Walmart hires these kind of people

I went to this Walmart location yesterday with my son to get a couple of items I couldn't get shipped to my house. (or it just wasn't cost effective to pay shipping) The store seemed clean and relatively organized (which it's sad that this is something that needs to be called out and doesn't always appear to be a priority for a lot of places). I found most of the things I had on my list without too much trouble. The only "issue" I had was that the store closed at 8:30pm. I realize that store hours for a lot of places are in a modified state because of the COVID pandemic, however, I don't shop here very much and I do not recall seeing a sign that alerted me to the modified hours. I was shocked when the announcement was made that the store would be closing shortly. Going into any public shopping place carries with it a certain level of anxiety during this pandemic. Adding this surprise early-closing just made it worse. I know now and will have to adjust my schedule, but I can say that the closing time isn't convenient.

I went to Union Walmart and they could not cash anyone's checks at the time for some reason they could not get any money I don't know. When I was leaving with the other people that were not able to cash checks one of their little young boys that works for them chased us out into the parking lot and yelled faget at us three times which is very offensive I believe and even though it was reported it took them over three weeks to even deal with it and I don't know if they ever really did they won't tell me that is something that Sam Walton would roll over in his grave if he heard that they kept on an employee that ran out in the parking lot after people yelling vile names at them and they didn't do anything about it at Union even after many many calls they still did not do anything they don't care anymore they have gone downhill tremendously no more American Products just whatever I'm not going there anymore to spend money

Does not honor its corporate return policy. Tried to return a dvd under $25 w/o receipt and was told I could only get a store gift card. The policy specifically states you can choose between cash or a store gift card.
