It’s taken me awhile to bring myself to write a review… do yourself a favor- don’t use this shop.I have a stack of invoices totaling more than I paid for my truck with repeating issues- all from this shop over the last 7 years or so. The first hint something was off was when a new problem popped up after having work done here and when I asked what would cause it Bobs response was “a bad tuneup”… I pointed out they did the time up and he confirmed that. I was so shocked I didn’t argue, that was my mistake. From there literally everything they “fixed” was either not the problem, done with garbage parts that had to be replaced several times, had to be serviced for the same issue, or caused new ones. Example: catalytic converters- replaced one side 2x (once under warranty, still charged for labor, and replaced with a different brand) other side 3x. When I complained of rattling they removed the heat shield instead of securing it correctly the first time. Timing chain 2x - after the first time complained it wasn’t running right and was told to drive it 1000 miles to allow it to “stretch out properly” despite bringing it back several times with the same complaint they would blame some other issue and charge for the work and parts. Until I finally brought it back insisting they do the timing chain. Then they charged labor to disassemble it to redo it and discovered they didn’t replace a rear gasket the first time (their negligence). They insisted This caused oil pressure problems (but the oil pressure wasn’t a problem when I brought it there to fix their gasket oversight). They convinced my partner it was the oil pump, we argued it was the gasket- and settled on replacing both (more than a grand in repairs for problems they caused or didn’t exsist ).Once I started piecing all of this together from my own research This is not even half of the issues I discovered after it was too late. I will NEVER bring a vehicle here again and I encourage you not to either. I’d continue to lay out the massive unnecessary expenditures at this shop but my blood pressure is rising just recapping this much. Around 10k I gave this shop, and unfortunately I had to learn a lot of things the hard way. One of the parts they replaced wasn’t even compatible with my vehicle and wasn’t secured correctly either and this was the last piece of the puzzle I discovered after the truck literally died. I have no vehicle now. A Nissan shouldn’t die at 164,000 miles. I am livid and should press charges.

Be cautious.. this place was a referral however after 2 hours and 2 road tests they told me I needed 4 new tires because one rear one was bad and it's an awd however those tires are 2 months old and they're run flat pirellis I brought it in for front suspension clunking noise and brake rattle after just having all new calipers rotors and pads put on. I kept hearing a banging noise but would go away when I applied the brake. They said they didn't hear any of those noises and said my brake lines needed to all be taken of and ran correctly because they was all wrong. When I questioned the knocking noise he told the cashier go ahead and put down sway bar links and told me that's the only thing it could be. Well I passed especially after them telling me they don't do alignments. So buy 4 new tires and sway bar links and you can't do an alignment? Today I took it for a second opinion and had my rear brake pads was the noise just needed guide pins and my passenger side outer tie rod was the banging and said my brake lines and tires was fine . Could of been a bad day for them but I would strongly recommend a second opinion before letting them rack up that ticket and still have the same problems.
