“I have been taking my mini poodle to Rocky Top for 12 years. Today she had a 8:00 appointment for a groom. I got there at 8:20 (like I always do because of school drop-off.) The girl said they have a 15 minute cancellation policy. Fine. They have a lot of new rules but whatever. I booked another appointment for next week at 8:20 lol. Then she tells me I have to pay a no-show fee. Ummmm I wasn’t a no show. Don’t take my dog. Fine. But I’m not going to PAY you not to take her. I’ll be changing groomers.
Edited to add: The head groomer called me and we talked it over. We came to a compromise and my dog got her hair cut. She looks fantastic and feels even better. Thanks Rocky Top!”

“Heaven was an amazing stylist and took great care of my cockapoo, Nova. It was my first time bringing Nova to get groomed here and I will continue to bring her back. Nova has a wavy coat and I prefer her facial hair to be on the shorter side. Heaven listened to all of my requests and even took a picture of a reference picture of how I wanted her to look. I attached both the before and after pictures. I booked a full service haircut which included a bath and added the premium package for the Skouts Honor shampoo and conditioner. Heaven even added some cute bows to her ears. Highly recommend. :)”
