“I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. The units were incredibly clean and well maintained. Talking with the staff, they stated that they periodically conduct pest control which I can attest to because I never had any rodent issues. The customer service here is unmatched. It is very clear that their philosophy is maintaining/returning customers then rotating through customers. I was stationed overseas for the last four years while maintaining a storage unit at this facility. While overseas, I ran into an issue where my card was declined due to an unrelated security event which resulted in a non-payment on my storage unit. To make matters worse, the staff at 44 Waynesville Storage was not able to get ahold of me for some time because I was at a training event. They had every right to auction off my stuff and give my unit to another customer. But they didn't. They knew that something was probably going on and they attempted alternate method of getting ahold of me to fix the issue. I cannot express enough gratitude for their professionalism and willingness to work with customers. Truly, thank you so much. For those of you looking for a storage unit, you will not be disappointed with 44 Waynesville Self Storage.”

After running into supply or staff issues, I found this location, which has never failed me. The main gentleman working the location is super friendly and super knowledgeable. When I ran into an issue with a flat tire on one of their trailers, he knew a U-Haul tech who could get the job done before the roadside service system even figured out what it was doing.
