It took the rental company approximately 18 hours to locate a recovery company to assist with returning the vehicle to their terminal in St. Louis. Once the driver, (Jordan), arrived and assessed the situation, he was very helpful and informative, and worked hard to help us to get the vehicle returned. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Considering the nature of our situation, he was able to make it more bearable.
