My daughter broke her phone. We were leaving the next morning for a trip. David at att in Webb City went above and beyond to help us out. It was past closing time and he stayed even longer to get a workable phone for her. He was kind and helpful. In this day and age of people just thinking of themselves he was unbelievably generous with his personal time. I really appreciate the kindness and helpfulness that he showed us.

The team at Webb city is very helpful and nice and great customer service! New manager and new team! Go see them! It’s not the same and the bad is out and the best is there!

Stop doing business here and let this branch close. They don’t want to do their job. Sent me to the Joplin store, where they even said Webb City store doesn’t want to do their job. Go to Joplin and let them lose their jobs.

My sister went in to upgrade her phone to the iPhone 14 for $5.99 on my account. Rep would only give her the price with Next Up attached. I worked for Prime and AT&T COR for 10+ years. She specifically asked for the phone only. No extra features. She ended up walking out bc the rep wouldn't price her the phone w/o extra features. If you can't sell ethically, then find another job.

Was told to handle my new line addition online. Tried and was given the runaround by a woman who could not understand what i was asking. Absolutely ridiculous customer service in the store. Logan (the one that told me to do it online first) messed up the order on my new line twice taking it from a 5 minute process to nearly an hour. He then activated it porting over the new number instead of pausing it like he reassured me more than 5 times is all he was doing. The other phone would not be affected until I brought in new device. He ported it immediately. He left a woman taking care of a 90 year old man dying of cancer without a phone or access to the internet. I immediately called to ask why this happened and if he could fix it. He told me it was not his issue this is why it is easier to just do it all at once rather than put it on pause although he is the one that told me this was the best option for my situation. He then told me it is fine if the phone is hooked to wifi then it can be activated. Where is the internet access coming from if you deactivated her phone (her only internet access)?

Employees scam customers then get fired. ATT takes no responsibility for their actions and liability falls on customer. Taking legal action. Avoid this second rate carrier at all costs.
