The hours are not posted. They are not open Saturday or Sunday, yet count those as days towards auctioning off or selling ones personal possessions, etc... This list is going on and on. So far in my profession opinion. I see absolutely no reason to rent here. Not friendly, not people oriented, no empathy or compassion in any way. Might as well be working in a non public contact profession. Then the human element would not be necessary. We are all thinking that a robot would be more polite.

My cousin is currently going through a difficult time, and I reached out to this storage company hoping they might be able to offer some support or flexibility. I’ve dealt with several storage companies in the past, and unfortunately, this has been by far the worst experience.
The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive. She didn’t even ask for the unit number before making assumptions and jumping to conclusions about our situation. There was no compassion, no willingness to listen—just attitude and judgment.
If you’re looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend going with Extra Space Storage instead. They offer much better customer service and actually care about their clients. I will never use this company again, and I strongly suggest others steer clear as well.

Our travel trailer was stolen from here. They do not have cameras nor did they try to help or offer information when we told them. Police report filed. Go somewhere else if you want secure storage.

Nice place, reasonable price, only this missing is 10 square feet from my "10x10" that is truly 10x9. Wish it was advertised correctly, then 5 stars.
