Get my own cart, play roller derby with store shoppers, can't find an employee to unlock the countless locked cabinets, check myself out, get scrutinized by an employee merely trying catch someone stealing, then "eagle-eyed" by the another employee on the way out trying to catch someone stealing. You want to know what's in my bag or why you only get a generous 1-star? Start checking everyone out. This business model has not discounted my shopping total one red cent and your customer service is non-existent. Oh yeah, I also reduce your cost by returning carts to the corral. Sometimes, I have to get my cart from there when there are none inside. Update at their request on 8/25. Very little has changed. But we now have cameras that will freeze your self-checkout if it thinks you may have missed a scan. So, similar to buying that fuel additive for your fuel tank, an employee that is doing nothing else must clear you to proceed.

card reader never accepts card until you put your card in at least 3x? why does walmart, a huge corporation not have tap to pay at checkout?

Clean. Getting used to new changes of products in different ailses. We are Senior Citizens. Service normally excellent. I had over $30 worth of coupons. Cashier seemed annoyed. I have been told to put coupons last-not on product. All were good, but some were not accepted at first. She has worked there a long time. She called for assistance for very first one.
I had them all together, so all in same sack. She took sack out of cart & one by one checked the items. Wouldn't it be easier if coupon was with item so this wasn't necessary? This took her time, our time, & the customers waiting behind us.

Auto department got oil changed 7-12-24 didn’t tighten the filter oil all under 2007 jeep grand Cherokee which caused two quarts low had to change oil filter and replace oil don’t get oil changed here

I had purchased multiple steaks they looked great went home and opened them only to find under the stickers their was dark spots on every steak I purchased.
