No sense of privacy, lock was put on our unit (by company)5 hours after if was first opened, was not notified and couldn’t gain access to the code to the lock till next day.

The owners are friendly and relatively responsive. On more than one occasion the gate was broken and you couldn’t gain entrance to the facility. The particular unit my belongings were in appeared to develop a roof leak and a lot of my items were damaged/destroyed.The price isn’t bad but I will never put anything in storage again.
