We had a great check-in experience at the storage facility with Michael McCurry as the property manager. He was friendly, professional, and made us feel confident that my sisterโs belongings will be safe and secure. The facility is very clean and well kept and he even offered us refreshments while we completed the application. Looking forward to moving everything in soon!

I had a great experience at A-1 Storage thanks to Chris! He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in finding the perfect storage unit. The facility was clean and secure, but Chris' excellent customer service really made the difference. Highly recommend!

They claim to security cameras, someone on duty and a locking gate, do not. The cameras do not work, there is no one duty, and the gate has no lock and anyone who can walk in. Cahokia Heights police said they have robbed many time. 2 of my units have been robbed and our things were thrown out on the parking lot. The security is so bad anyone can walk in and go to the storage unit. BEWARE!!
