Everybody was great there. Very professional fixed my phone screen for a Tmobile warranty. Set-up a time to have it fixed and it was done in 20 min after my set up time. wow. Couldn't of had a better experience. Jeff also filled me in on some of the many battery charging systems they have for my boat, utv etc. Was a great experience. Thanks and keep up the great work.

They had the replacement battery we needed in stock for our LiftMaster garage door opener, discounted by ordering online, the young man knew exactly where my order was when I arrived to pick it up, he was also helpful with lightbulbs. Super easy, super nice…overall great experience.

Went for a key fob replacement, after being cut incorrectly they still couldn't get the new key programmed correctly. Do not recommend.

BEST customer service!!! During this recent snowstorm my car battery was dead in my garage. Batteries Plus in Webster Groves came to my home within 30 minutes and installed the battery for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I was only charged for the battery plus tax. Two employees came and one was the owner.
I will always use them for my battery needs.

I needed a 12v marine deep cycle battery and most of the usual suspects didn’t have it in stock. The big box stores were telling me 10 days for delivery/pickup but they were less expensive. Batteries Plus had the exact model I needed in store and with a trusted name, Duracell. It was worth the extra money to buy local and get peace of mind today! Before I left Jeff told me he would put my old battery on his store charger and if it came back to life I could come get it for a “backup-backup.” That’s good customer service.

I had to make a claim through insurance on my phone. Batteries Plus was the store provided to me. They were extremely helpful, responsive, polite and fixed my phone immediately! It was nice to get human contact to resolve my issue!

I came in for a replacement battery for my car fob. The associate replaced the battery - it didn’t work. He dismantled the fob and cleaned it - WALLA working!!! He could have sold me a costly new fob instead of fixing it and I would have been none the wiser. .I appreciate honest businesses.

I needed a key & fob. The dealer was expensive; everyone said I could give BP a shot instead of trying to program it on my own, which I now wish I'd done instead. BP did say over the phone that my car was supported. They DIDN'T say how much it cost, nor that it would be a week before I'd get the parts, until I drove all the way out there. Unwisely I thought I should give them a shot anyway; they said they'd waive the key fee since the fob was so expensive. I never got a call from them afterwards (they did have my correct number)–I had to check back to see when I should be in. After I drove back over & they programmed it, they surprised me by unapologetically saying they never ordered the key! SO I had to wait another week (again, they didn't let me know when it came in, I had to check). 3 visits. No communication. Feeling ripped off; wish I'd attempted DIY I guess. Going with BP is one of the poorest decisions I've made lately for sure.

i got my iphone screen fixed april 26th bc the phone screen was cracked. they did a good job, with the job & it was like $160 after tax, it wasn’t too bad imo. however, for some odd reason the phone screen kept going completely black but the phone screen was still lit. i was able to correct it until one day it just got stuck like that. so on may 11th, i took it back and the man upfront was nice and respectful and mentioned that thats been an issue with the iphone screens and just replaced it. now, june 11th, my phone screen still does the same exact thing. it even got stuck on the all black lit up screen however after 5 mins of pressing my power button, i was able to get it back to normal. im sure my screen will definitely get stuck all black again. theyre sweet people and they were very helpful and professional to me but i don’t like the fact that my phone screen is still having issues.

I went there today 6-6-2024 at around 5pm to see if I could get my MacBook screen fixed. I been there before and got help replacing my keyboard. Which turned out great was great. But today I encountered so rude employees, who made it seem like I was asking a outrageous question if they would be able to fix my screen. Humiliating experience never going back.

Batteries Plus, you have my business for life, came through with a battery that my normal auto shop didn’t have and installed it, despite my battery being in a difficult location in my car. Good price and great service, two things are almost never together anymore. THANK YOU!
