Amazing pharmacy. Always helpful and knowledgeable! I ran out of a medication and really needed it right away. They worked with me to get the prescription!

Wellness clinic is the WORST! Very impatient and uncaring. Cancel your appointment if you're ten minutes late. We got there 9-10 minutes late and it was already canceled. So, canceled before ten minutes. We will not return. Girl should be fired!

Received the MMR vaccine at the Minute Clinic from a very nice lady. Only wished I didn't have to travel that far from the Clayton site, where the shot ran out and I wasn't informed on time.

Normally their service is fine, but tonight was a real stinker. Went through drive through in the afternoon. No one ever came to the window, so pushed the call button (have never had to do that before - service is typically very prompt). Still no one came. Pressed again. No one came. I thought maybe the drive through closed earlier than indoor pick up. Then saw someone moving in the background, so hit the call button again. No one came to the window. Tried to call in to the pharmacy to confirm that the drive through was closed. Was on the phone for a good two minutes either going through automation or waiting on ring for someone to pick up- no one ever picked up. Decided the drive through was closed, so went in. There were three people behind the pharmacy counter. A tall thin man with glasses, an older woman in a corner, and a larger young woman with with coral-blond ombre hair. As i walked up to the pick up counter, i saw a car at the drive thru window and the young lady went up to the window. No one acknowledged someone was at the indoor counter, and there was another customer standing just a few windows down from me who was already waiting when i walked up. I made eye contact with the older woman hovering in the corner, she looked embarrassed and glanced into the center of the pharmacy like she wanted to say something but was afraid to speak. Waited some more. After awhile i made eye contact with the older woman again and she said quietly someone will be with me shortly, and scurried over to the other customer that had already been waiting and asked her what she was there for (i assumed the other customer had already been helped), told her it would be a moment and then went back to her corner. The young lady with ombre hair completed the transaction at the drive thru and came to the desk to see what I needed. Her tone was fine. Not great, but fine. Professional, practiced, cordial, but seemingly disconnected from the experience of the customers. Transaction was fine. I asked what the hours of the pharmacy were, and if the drive thru closed earlier, and she confirmed that the drive theu was open as long as the pharmacy was.Not sure if the pharmacy was understaffed today, or if something had happened to throw pharmacy off their game, but I’m very glad this wasn’t my first time in, and that this is not typical of their service, as I probably would not return if this was my first impression.Hopefully management can give pharmacy the support and TLC IT needs to get back to where it needs to be, cause today just wasn’t it.

Prescriptions are not filled as quickly as they are at other pharmacies. I get messages that they’re “processing” them, for days.

Pharmacy robo call says things are ready when they're not. Prescriptions will be 'in progress' status for over a week. They say the prescription is in the mail and it's never been sent (happened twice to my husband). They won't refill a prescription my dr called in and approved a refill on so now I'm on hold for over 20 minutes to deal with their prescription system ignoring my dr request to refill a prescription. Switching to Walgreens down the street.

PLEASE BEWARE.........WENT TO PICK UP YOUR INHALER.....THEY TEXTED TO SAY WAS READY. Well only one was.....the script was wrong. .....months ago my doctor had changed my dosage so I knew how many I was to take. Ask about that. .******** look on face and said nothing. My second script.....Symbiotic inhaler...they said was ready.......price jumped from $40.00. To now $200.00....oh and guess what...not in stock. They wanted me to go ahead and buy it then wait for it to come in. I went to another place...was in no stock and paid $47.00 for it. I think they are not using our insurance on file or just down right screwing patients. Before you use them again....check with another pharmacy.
