No more personal touch and no more locally owned feeling when the majority of employees are remote from Southern California. What a shame they decided this was the best way for them to operate. By the way. You can’t do all buisness/personal banking through the ITM. I can’t get rolls of change and dispute or question a transaction. I must drive way out of my way to speak to someone in person. That’s why you will close.

Very poor explaining hours of operation. Changes on the fly. Never trust the hours of operation unless you call, which is hard to do because they do not give you easy way to that either.

They have great service. And, they love dogs! Edit: they no longer have free checking, or Saturday hours. Good manager and staff.
