If you want your sandwiches delivered freaky fast, DO NOT order from here. Your whole lunch break will be over by time your food arrives. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, but it will be the last time. It also says on each of the sandwiches to cut them In half, and also on the delivery instructions. 3 different places says cut the sandwiches, and they still can’t cut them. Don’t waste your money here.

I have only placed orders in person and I have always had a good experience! Staff is friendly and even gave me a great recommendation for a sandwich. Always give me a receipt too. Can't complain about too much. Intersection is a little hard to get out of, but worth it to get Jimmy Johns!

If you order delivery, just a heads up, expect it to be around an hour before it arrives. They have really skimped on everything, and they forget things. You can't reach them if you try to contact via phone. Sandwiches are just okay, as just be prepared for very little of everything, and a very delayed delivery. Disappointing.

Not sure why I keep going here. Just optimistic. You’d think it’s be hard to mess up a sandwich but it’s a bad experience every time. Whether it’s the wait, the customer service, the sandwich itself, or like tonight… all of the above, something’s always wrong. I feel like I wasted my money every time I leave.

This location is less than 2 miles away from my place and had taken over an hour to deliver on more than one occasion. The staff give the impression that they can't follow directions. They frequently have made mistakes with our orders. We won't be using this location any more.

Might have hit them on a bad day, but there was no freeky fast at this location. They ran out of bread and were playing a slow catch-up game.

Everytime I order it is always fast and they let you order online and give you the option to pay with cash when picking up which is great for me. The sandwhich is usually always really good. I have never order delivery but I see alot of bad reviews for delivery if u pick it up its always fine.

Delivery will almost always take 30+ minutes (even before COVID) and when you call to check up on your order is when your order suddenly is out for delivery.

Ordered delivery yesterday and the manager explained they were short staffed and let me know that it would take a while. I appreciated her for being honest with me, it wound up taking over an hour but again the manager was extremely apologetic. This is a good store most workers wouldn’t have cared, 10/10 Jimmy Johns!

I placed a delivery order at 11:45 and I had to go and get the order myself at the store at 1:30…Several other orders I’ve placed I’ve encountered the same issue, or the store is out of bread.Go to the Kirkwood or South City one. This store is horrendous on many levels.
