I’ve been working out with Moe for four months. He’s just as encouraging now as he was on day one. I’m not someone who has been athletic my whole life, so I’ve been impressed with his ability to help people like me, as well as people who are seasoned. He actually cares about you as a person and you are not just another income to him.

My daughter really enjoys going here, but some staff members can't keep a mask on. So far, my daughter hasn't had to be too close to one of these people, but I'd pull her out in a second if she ends up with one. The space is very crowded, and keeping a mask on seems like the least you could do in times like these.

Love this gym! We've been going there for the last 10 years. They have gymnastics instruction from toddler through high school, morning boot camp, open gym for adults, open gym for toddlers, and camps during school breaks. They have boys and girls competitive teams. They also have a monthly "activity fun night" which is great to drop off the kids and have a grown-up night out! We like that they are not-for-profit, so they invest in great equipment and experienced, quality coaches (instead of lining the owner's pockets). Plus, the coaches and office staff are super, super helpful and nice!

The updates in this gym are fantastic! They do a great job coaching all levels of gymnasts in a safe and clean environment. The coaches are top notch. The equipment is top notch. And the families there are awesome and make it very inviting. Your kid will love it here! Ps - Check out the Bootcamp for adults! It's the best!

Just started Moe's boot camp two days ago. Worked muscles I haven't used in awhile! Great whole body workout. Moe is so nice and very encouraging and also knows what he's talking about! So glad my friend told me about this !

Move with MOE Bootcamps are amazing!! Every morning, walking in the doors you never know what kind of workout your going to get!! Workouts are always changing, keeping your body guessing and wanting “MOE” Love the variety of stretches we do after each workout, which have help tremendously in recovery, prevention, and even strength!!

Moe made working out fun. He is energetic, but not over he top. He is very knowledgeable and encourages proper form and doing movements correctly. Great class for a beginner or even an advanced weight lifter looking for something new. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely LOVE my 5a.m class! Moe goes above and beyond to mix it up and always keeps us guessing. You will NEVER be bored. And sometime you will even say it's FUN!!!The best part about this class is that there is something for everyone and we all support each other. The Great group of people is what motivates me to drive on 3 highways Just to take this class!

I began working with Moe several months ago and this program is transforming my body and my mind. I feel stronger than I ever have... mentally and physically. It is the total package. It's not just a workout but offers nutritional advice, challenges, stretching and if you have any concerns Moe usually has suggestions. The best part about this program is that it is always changing. Everyday is a new workout and it never gets old! I highly recommend Move with Moe!

I am so grateful I found this boot camp!! Moe is knowledgeable, encouraging, professional, and super fun. He is attuned to each client's needs/abilities/hesitations and skillfully alters each workout accordingly. No one ever feels intimidated. This is seriously the whole workout package, not only addressing physical goals, but aiming to improve and encourage a healthier lifestyle. I love Move with Moe!!

I started MOVE WITH MOE Bootcamp 6 months ago and it was the best decision! The workouts are challenging but fun. The trainers are fantastic and guide me with proper stance so I can avoid injury. They also provide nutritional information and are super encouraging. I absolutely love the results!! Highly recommend these workouts!!

I walked into this gym several months ago and haven't looked back. Im stonger, leaner and encouraged to come back each day! The gymnastics floor is a huge benefit of working out here and my knees thank me for it. The trainers are knowledgeable attentive and just plain fun! If you are looking for a gym I highly recommend Move with Moe, it's affordable and great training!

Move With MOE Boot Camp is the BEST! The workouts are designed to help with endurance and to make you stronger and fit! The workouts end with a lot of stretching which helps with recovery and overall flexibility. The trainers are VERY attentive to each and every client to help with fitness goals and any physical ailments. The HIIT workouts are challenging but also tailored to all fitness levels. You will NOT be disappointed with the results from Move With MOE!

I have been working out at this gym for five months and love it! The trainers are encouraging and motivate you to push yourself. I'm tired after my workout, but always want to come back for more! I would recommend this boot camp in a heartbeat.
