The team works patiently with customers to understand their needs and preferences, whether for a new system, an upgrade path, or home theater advice. They are happy to work with any budget, from entry-level to high-end, and are celebrated for making all customers feel welcome, regardless of what they wish to spend. Services include in-home assessments, coordination with contractors, and setup assistance. The overall cost for their expertise and service is noted as very reasonable.
