They won't tell you when they make changes. They will bill when they feel like it. They won't take responsibility for anything they mishandle. Mandi and Kim are the biggest culprits but the owner Joel doesn't seem to mind that they can't handle how to talk to customers. If you email him, you likely won't even hear back. Oh they will also price gouge you on any stop to check on their system even if it's their fault.
