Can you give less than 1 star?! Inept and so slooooow. Already have accounts at this bank but needed to open a trust account for my father to sell his house. He has dimentia and has been living in a memory care unit for a couple years already. We had a letter from his doctor stating he has dimentia, lives in a memory care unit, and "he has difficulty following one step instructions, knows his name only and has not managed his finances for the last 5 years." It took three weeks(!) for their legal department and Will Carson (the banker at the Webster branch) to come back and say the doctor's comments weren't enough to show my father is incapacitated. They said the doctor didn't make it clear that he's incapacitated due to the dimentia even though she stated he's in a memory care unit "secondary to neurocognitive decline". PNC went so far as to speculate that my father might just be lazy and that's why he's not handling his own finances. Will Carson stated: "The current statement of “has not managed his finances for the last five years” isn’t dependent to his current health. They see it as (him) just not doing the task." My father with dimentia is just lazy I guess. Thankfully, as this process dragged on for weeks, and the closing date was approaching, I walked down the street to Chase bank to start the same process. They were wonderful. Using the exact same documents, the whole process took three days. I just can't believe they asserted that my father is simply being lazy.

For my internship I get paid with a prepaid debit card. I was trying to take all the money out from PNCs ATM and place it into my PNC Account. I checked my balance and tried to withdraw the money. They charged me 3.50 for them to say it was a invalid balance. I try again & again & again. It wouldn't process and continued to take money out of my account. I spend around $20 just trying to check and withdraw my own money only to put it back into my PNC Account. This is ridiculous. Going to switch banks.

I have been banking with PNC since they took over. Kimber and Stephanie are so helpful as is Drew. They are all professional and personal.

Applied for a PPP loan the afternoon of day 1. Provided all documents on that PNC's website said were required. Didn't hear anything else for 9 days. Got an email saying a document was missing from our application (a document not listed on their site the day I applied). Sent in that document. Today I got the email saying I wouldn't be getting a PPP loan as the SBA program has run out of money. Had you processed my application in a timely manor, they wouldn't have run out of money before getting to mine! PNC dropped the ball and will no longer be getting my business.

PNC and this branch specifically have been wonderful since we opened our account in 2012. The employees are always helpful and extremely friendly.

So glad I got out of PNC. Try Ally online. It's far superior in every way.

I recently switch banks from Commerce Bank to PNC Bank Webster Groves. I have never written a review for a bank, and I felt compelled to share my experience. Drew Conger from PNC Webster Groves is a true professional he got my business account and personal account configured within 30 minutes of arriving without an appointment. It's not just Drew, it's the rest of the team this has got to be "The Friendliest Bank In Town". Walk in there, you will see what I mean, and you will at least walk out with a bag of freshly cooked popcorn. It's also a good example for other businesses who do the right stuff day in and day out. Cheers, Chris Kiersch My Business Integrated LLC

I could not ask for anything more for my business and checking accounts. Jared has provided top notch personal help all along the way and even called to warn me of potential issues before I saw them. Would highly recommend for personal and business accounts!
