Admir is a great help. We set my 90 year old mother in law up. He put us onto and directed me to all the settings and apps for elderly users. 5 stars!

Ron was so kind and very helpful during my walk in visit. Although my phone was not “fixed”, he provided helpful advice on what to do next. Ron was not pushy on selling additional items, which I appreciated. He was just very informative of what items I could get at a great deal if I decided to. This location is considered to be a “slow” store so I hope others will take notice and give more traffic since employees make most of their salary on commissions.

IDK who is managing this location at present, but the service has gone waaaaay downhill.My phone has been doing totally crazy things with notifications, so I went in to this store (since it's the only one I have ever patronized and bc I have always received great service from them) to get help with the issue.The associate who helped me said he couldn't do anything bc at that moment the notifications weren't showing and I should come back when they showed up again.I went back this morning when the notifications came on again, there were four associates on the floor each working with a customer.No one acknowledged me or said anything.I waited about 7mins and still not a word from any of them.At one point one of the customers got up to go outside and when she came back remarked how great it felt outside.This store is stifling hot and there is no air circulation.One of the employees was even complaining about it.Ever think about opening the FN door and allowing some fresh air to circulate??? No wonder these employees are dense , they have no oxygen to their brains while exposed all day to cell phone radiation.And it's great to know y'all are sanitizing your store and wearing masks but fresh air circulation does a lot more to stop covid germs from spreading rather than stagnating !!!And this one LGBTQ person who doesn't find you friendly.

Worst customer service i have delt with, wish sprint never merged with you, they basically stole my phone and acted like i never turned it in for a repair. Lost a long time customer, my family will go to Verizon.

Rob is one of the best T-Mobil reps I have ever met!! He knows his products and plans. He has always helped me get the best plan for my needs at the lowest cost. He has a great, funny, charismatic and sincere personality. He feels more like a family member or longtime friend than a cell phone store associate. Other T-Mobil reps have been great also. I never had any bad service. But Rob goes above and beyond!

This store has to be the worst of all the T Mobiles in St.Louis, I go here because it's close to home , many times I show up at 11 am when they open and no one is here, I once seen the store manager yelling at a customer because he complained that no one was there at 11 am to open , they did open at 11:20...

This store has to be the worst of all the T Mobiles in St.Louis, I go here because it's close to home , many times I show up at 11 am when they open and no one is here, I once seen the store manager yelling at a customer because he complained that no one was there at 11 am to open , they did open at 11:20... I visited the store on 11/24/17 and their computers were down , this happen very often here, I no longer go to this store , I would rather drive out of my way to get better service. You would think the owner of this store would do something , guess they don't care....

The store is not maintained. On three separate occasions came in in the evening only to find out that most of the displays were not powered up and the phones, dead. To me, this shows that they were never powered up for the entire day. The staff in the store on repeated occasions were very dis-interested in selling the phones. They seem to be much more invested in leaving. Mind you, there was more than an hour until closing.
