While I would have liked it to be faster, I was informed well in advance, that it was going to take a bit for the tires to arrive. So I walked the neighborhood, got some food and visited Papillon Press and was invited to a festival happening this weekend. We have another car that we will be bringing to them in the next few weeks.

We were given an appointment the same day we called. Service was expedited, and the car was ready for pickup by noon as we had asked. We appreciated the report describing the repairs in addition to a quick general inspection which found the car in good working order. Staff were courteous and helpful. We are very satisfied new customers and will call again as needed.

I bought a whole new set of better quality tires last year, and it’s made a real difference in the ride of the SUV, and I can feel the difference in traction . Telle has repaired two flat tires for free as a part of buying the new tires. It’s a great service they provide. I’m really happy with them, and I recommend Telle Tire to everyone.

My car began overheating so I took it to Telle in Webster Groves since I’d had a good experience previously. Being clueless about the cause, I was, naturally, quite concerned about both the repair and cost. They identified the simple need for coolant. As part of their standard practice, they do a thorough review of the car which revealed the need for a new battery and brake flush which I authorized. Since I know nothing about cars, I really appreciate finding a company I can trust. In addition, I am grateful for the review provided, the ride home and the very nice staff! I am very pleased with their service.

This was the best auto care service that I ever had! This was at the "Webster Groves" Telle Tire. They were honest, up-front, and courteous. The customer service was exceptional and the mechanics did a great job! The waiting area was super clean and had comfortable, cozy seats. They had complimentary coffee, chips, cheese puffs, soda, and water! The restroom was large, clean, stocked, and even had two cans of air freshener! I wouldn't mind waiting all day there for my ? car. ? While they were repairing my car, I walked down the street and had lunch at Racanelli's? pizza!

I had the most awesome experience at Telly tires. I thought I had a leak in my tire and it wouldn’t keep air in it. Ithey took my car and checked the tire put a new valve step on could not find where it was leaking, but they said it should be fine until I need a new tire. Very professional highly recommend. They

Our family recently visited Telle Tire in Webster Groves for both of our cars. Alex and Ryan were so helpful. I went in to get 2 new tires, but upon examination, one of the tires I wanted to rotate had a nail. The other was obviously bulging. So, instead of 2 tires needed, I was needing 4. Alex knew that was not what I planned. He gave me 3 price options and helped me get 4 new tires , very reasonably priced. If you are looking for an honest, courteous, and trustworthy place to help repair/ replace your tires, I highly recommend Telle Tire!
