I have been going there for years. I do not get my prescriptions there. I was in there yesterday and one of the assistant managers was very helpful to me. She let me open a plug to see if it fit my charger coard.

I have used Walgreens pharmacies for about 15 years and never had so many issues until I started going to this location. I’ve filled there four times so far and have encountered issues every time. The first time, my prescription refill was delayed because I was “transferring” it from another Walgreens. That’s not a thing. You can refill at any Walgreens in the app seamlessly, except apparently if it’s this location. They said it would be “a few minutes” and then made me wait 45 minutes. I could have gone home and come back if I’d known! The second time, I accidentally filled at kingshighway and called Watson to correct it. This should have been a single phone call. They claimed I had to call kingshighway, so I did, and they said no, I had to call Watson. I had to call Watson two more times before they finally fixed it. The next time, my doctor called in the Rx to the wrong location. I had my dr’s office call Watson to fix this, to no avail. I then had to make at least four calls to watson and kingshighway to get it fixed. Then, the biggest issue was that they only put 30 pills in a bottle marked as 90 pills. They shorted me two thirds of my prescription! That’s never happened to me before. Thankfully, they fixed it. Then two nights ago, I ordered refills for the next morning. Yesterday I saw “action needed,” which I hoped against hope they would resolve themselves. Nope! I called this morning, and they said it was because they had to open a new package or it was in storage or something, but they could go ahead and fill it now. Why then did I have to call? Is that the secret to this Walgreens? They will only fill prescriptions if you use the app and then call to harass them into actually filling them? Anyway, I said I had never heard of that, and she said, “it happens every time; you just don’t know about it.” Well, why do I know about it now? How come every other Walgreens can fill prescriptions without me holding their hand and/or nagging them every step of the way? Needless to say, I will be using CVS or trekking to a different Walgreens from now on!

This pharmacy can't fill orders, doesn't call you when orders are ready, and doesn't send in your COVID test to the lab so you can get results in a timely manner. It's the pits. Avoid.

My family has been using this pharmacy for 30+ years and up until recently no complaints ever. However - there is a newer technician and I know if I'm on hold for longer than 15 minutes I will hear her voice at the end of the line. When I get anyone else on the line (generally after the normal wait time of 2 mins) they are amazing as always - friendly, efficient, etc - but for some reason when I talk to this particular technician she seems to question my scripts and dosage - even if I've already spoken with another technician the day before and calling with a followup question. Nothing has changed with my medication or dosage for years so it really unnerves me when she 1. Has a tone like I am bothering her by calling (I have to call for this particular medication)2. Seems to question my treatment/imply that I'm trying to do something sketchy. I get that any pharmacist should be on the lookout for peculiarities with controlled substances - but I have1. A long standing diagnosis2. A long history on file for being prescribed this medication3. A doctor I see regularly for said diagnosis and treatment4. A prescription written monthly by this doctorI am always super polite and patient even when she is being rude so this review is regrettably my outlet. I never do this, but after a couple months of these interactions I just can't take it. Will probably switch pharmacies to not feel this way.

Faulty automated refill system, non-caring employees, Walgreens automated phone system stated I had refills and scheduled my pickup. Once arriving at Walgreens, I was told I did not have refills available and the Doctor was contacted. 6 hrs had gone by and I was not contacted via phone or text regarding the delay. Since it was 430 PM, I could not get a hold of my Dr. The pharmacy staff member and the store manager showed absolutely NO concern their faulty system ran me out of meds. They did not offer an emergency supply although I had been getting this drug every month for years from them... Good bye Walgreens.

Worst walgreens I have ever dealt with. I had a prescription transferred there, confirmed it was transferred, was told it would at the earliest be filled on Monday. Called on Wednesday after not receiving any notification nor being able to find it on their website to fill it. Even though the last call they confirmed it was set to be filled on Monday auromatically. Checked old filler and they even stated it was with walgreens. Now walgreens is stating they don’t have it.... This has been going on for two weeks. AND it is my birth control! Like being off it for an extra week puts me at risk. Get it together. Now my health is at risk because of you.

If negative stars were possible I would give it a -5 stars to this pharmacy, department, staff, and store manager. The experience with customer service with this pharmacy was outrageous!! The prescription for post surgery antibiotic my friend needed was dropped off at the pharmacy at around 4 PM. Then we tried to call them a little later starting from 6 PM until 9 PM to enquire if the medication was ready to be picked up but nobody answered the phone for a duration of 3 hours!!!! When the patient finally drove to the store around 9:30 PM and asked about the status of the prescription, the pharmacy assistant and later pharmacist informed the patient that the medication is not ready because they were very busy earlier (5 hours in a row!). There was no one in line or needing assistance, clearly showing a lack of concern, care, and fast action to take care of the customers. When the patient asked how long it will take from now to prepare the medicine, pharmacist replied that the store may not have the needed ingredients, and they need to do inventory. After 20 minutes, the pharmacist came back, notifying that the medication couldn't be prepared at this store. Then my friend asked to call other Walgreens stores around to check who may be able to get medicine ready now (it was around 10 PM already!). The pharmacist handed the prescription back and directed the patient to go to Walgreens at 9807 Watson Road, Crestwood, and refused to call to the store at Crestwood or to transfer prescription there electronically or by fax to save the time to customer to obtain proscribed medication. By the time my friend reached another store, it was already closed. The entire way of handling the patient was so unprofessional. The store manager didn't help to resolve the situation either when was asked to step in for help, and refused to hand business cards of the staff who was on duty to be reported to the corporate office. The pharmacist and store manager did not bother apologizing once for the misconduct, considering their actions as normal business conduct.

It's not a wonder why this place has low reviews. With a screaming baby and a feverish toddler, they made us wait almost ten minutes to drop off a script. Then they used the date today on the script instead of birthdate of my child and insisted we hadn't filled scripts there before. We are going to find another way to fill prescriptions because these employees are not reliable or empathetic to a family. 12/13/19. Tried to give them another shot. This time they said script would take 20 minutes. I sat with my feverish son and waited and after 20 minutes they hadn't even started it. I had to call a manager over for them to begin to fill the script. What is wrong with this place??

There is an old Blonde pharmacist here who is an absolute terror and should probably consider a line of work where you don't directly interact with people.
