I cannot express how pleased my husband and i were with the whole experience. This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and Jon Garcia (product specialist) was by our side helping us every step of the way. Explained evertyhing and listened to us. It was such a comforting feeling knowing he was on our side and helping us get our new vehicle. Rich Nguyen the finance manager went above and beyond and helped us get where we needed to be to buy the vehicle. He completely listened and walked us through the process to the very end. Very compassionate and genuinely cared about us. When we were getting ready to leave they told us we were now part of the SUBARU family. Little did they know we felt like family as soon as we walked in the door. The showroom was amazing. The play area for the kids. Free fountain drinks . TOP NOTCH! I cannot say enough about the folks there. They go above and beyond. THAT'S WHY THEY ARE #1. Thank you to everyone at Sunset Hills Subaru.

I've had a Subaru since 2000. I've bought from all 3 St Louis dealers. I purchased at Sunset Hills because I received the best price. It didn't hurt that Jon is the first Subaru salesperson I've liked and would recommend. Regarding finance - this was the quickest and most efficient purchase I've made through the finance department. Adam Smith was my primary salesman. He was friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable during the sales process. Vincent Brown assisted one day when Adam needed to be away, and he also was friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The finance process was OK, but the financial guy (Adam?) spoke so fast that both my wife and I had difficulty following him. It would have been good to have printed material for review prior to that meeting to carefully consider the various options we were being offered for extended warranties.

The team at Subaru has been consistently accommodating to my needs. I recommend them highly. They have gone above and beyond when I've voiced an issue. Even though they are not the closest Subaru dealer, because of my experience there I will take the extra time to give them my business.

This was our third Subaru (of 6 we've owned!) purchased at Sunset Hills, formerly Webster Subaru. Every time we've been treated fairly and professionally. A pleasant experience all around! We especially enjoy the updated service department. Drive in, drop off, and all is so easy now!

Made the buying process very stressful. I recommend going anywhere else. No communication between any department. I personally wish I would have gone elsewhere. Then after I purchased my car, I had service done, and they came to pick up my car. The guy who picked it up, drove 90mph, Turned the bass all the way up in my car, changed settings, and blew a speaker. The service team has no idea what they are doing. Will tell you anything. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

What a dealership is supposed to be. We had a complex problem in purchasing a car for our son who was moving and Connie came to our rescue. With the auto market completely messed up, and Crosstreks demanding premiums, she took her time to educate and advise us on the best ways to help him. Even after being thrownn a curve ball from the factory, they were able to get the job done. I have completed dozens of car deals, this will be one of the most memorable ones we have had, and we wouldn’t think twice about returning to Sunset Hills Subaru to make another purchase.

This dealership doesn’t know how to make a simple, smooth transaction. First, I was told I was purchasing a 2023 Legacy but received a 2024. I can’t complain about that but when we worked with the finance department, things went downhill fast!Someone lost my lien release statement for my trade-in. It has never been found.A week after my purchase, I received two separate letters from my bank stating this Subaru dealer was trying to apply for loans for this new car. I never authorized this. I had no idea someone was trying to do this. We only talked about getting a loan through Subaru Chase, which we received. No one could explain this issue.I called twice asking for a store manager who was never in. I couldn’t even get his or her name. Someone said I may be able to email him.I’m still waiting to receive my title after three weeks of waiting. There has been no communication as to why it is taking so long. The DMV told me that I will be charged a $25 late fee if I don’t provide it to them within 30 days of the purchase.The receptionist and our salesman were a delight to work with.It’s just too bad that everyone else is inept.

Went to Sunset Hills Subaru earlier this week to purchase a 2023 Forester with my fiancee and the service was fantastic!Bria was very patient and helpful with answering all of our questions as first-time buyers. Rich was the finance guy that got us through all of the paperwork and explained everything clearly and patiently.Overall, everyone was very friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly! Great service all around. And to top it off, they sent a package of cookies to our home a few days later!The car is equally fantastic.
