TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Waited in store for 35 minutes for an 8 piece boneless and chicken sandwich with fries. All the chicken was raw. I watched them put the fries back in the fryer over and over and it certainly tasted like it. Called the store, and not only did it take 10 minutes to answer the phone, I was also placed on hold TWICE for an additional 20 minutes. I don’t ever expect wing stop fries to be good, but SELLING RAW CHICKEN?

Twice now, I've placed an online order well in advance (first time was day ahead, today was 8 hours ahead). First time, our order ticket was lost. Okay, fine. Things happen. Today, it's 30 minutes past the pick-up time, and the order is STILL not ready, and the workers don't give a darn. It's not worth the agitation. Two times in a row is too much. Buffalo Wild Wings will get our business next time.

Placed my order in advance at 2:50pm on tuesday 2/6/2024 and it wasn't ready till 3:30pm. Ordered the 20 piece boneless special 5 hot, 8galic parm, 7 lemon pepper only got 12 the 8 garlic parm wings no lemon pepper and the 5 hot were in the lemon pepper sauce. I also ordered 6 piece bonless with Hawaiian sause and got bbq instead. And all of the food was crammed into their smallest containers and all of our fries were burnt.

Lady at the counter was nice but my order was beyond saving. Got 2 random wing flavors instead of the ones I ordered along with a buffalo sandwich when I ordered a Cajun one. None of my sauce, napkins either. Had to go back inside to receive the 5 ranches that I ordered and was given 4 blue cheese, and 1 ranch along with a suspicious counter person asking me if I’m just trying to lie to get more ranch. The Food was colder than my heart more or less the atmosphere as well. Thanks for absolutely nothing my dog could’ve done a better job.

First and last time, came in store to order some wings, cashier horrible attitude, if you don’t want to work why even bother going in? Manager worse attitude than the cashier itself. After an hour wait, food wasn’t even hot, it was semi-cold. Just simply horrible

Attitude, nasty, rude, messed up my order, had to go back, messed it up again, app said 20 min and it took over an hour, 2 hours to include driving back. HORRIBLE!! They don't deserve the 1

My order was correct however it didn’t have the correct amount of flavor. For example I ordered through the mobile app 2 bone in combos; one Louisiana rub and the other a hot. The hot combo was dripping in sauce as if I made a special request for extra sauce & the Louisiana rub was dripping of the oil base of the Louisiana rub flavor. There wasn’t spec of Cajun seasoning, insight. However the service and vibe was very appreciative especially after waiting on hold for 4mins to place my order in the first place.

Waited 20 minutes for my order that shoukd have already been done. And was never acknowledged or helped. They didn’t even get my order right of 10 wings and one fry. I just got two fries. Hire ppl with a brain.

Not the same as it was months ago. Walk in at 645pm on a Saturday, after waiting in line to get to the counter the worker says “ you got to order online”. Not sure why that was but if your gonna make customers do that put a sign up stating so. Ordered , email said 16-21 minutes. Did not get my order until 745. Fries were soggy but ok , chicken wasn’t coated but looked like they were put in the container and sauce poured over. Worker’s attitude was very displeasing. How the cook kept his pants up when the belt was at his mid thighs is unknown. Only bright sign was the youngest worker who was working the fry station trying to help get orders out.

Ted is absolutely amazing at doing his job, gave me 10/10 customer service, will definitely be coming back. Please give this man a raise!!!
