Did a drop in class while visiting the area. They were very welcoming. Friendly people and also high skill levels. Phil is a great instructor. I learned a lot from this class it felt like I took a private lesson even tho there were 20 people there. Highly recommend this gym and I hope to come back when in town again.

Excellent school! I'm here on vacation and was welcomed like family. Top notch instruction and great group. If I lived here, this is where I'd train.
