“Each time I talk to someone at the agency, they are super nice and explanative about whatever my concern is. I talked to Deanna today, and we talked on the phone for a good 10 minutes like we were old friends. She put my mind at ease, answered my question, and we had a couple laughs on top of that. I will admit that I called a broker earlier in the week, to see if I could get lower rates. The place I called handles 14 different companies, and State Farm beat them all by a mile still.
