“I just moved back from Montana to Missouri after losing my leg. While living at The Prairie I won a gift card and treats to Treats Unleashed. I was running low on food so I decided to call to see if they had what I needed. Lanie was very helpful in finding me the perfect match of dog food for my puppy Dolan. I'll be buying all of my dog food/treats from here instead of the "big box" stores. It's also very close and convenient so I'll be using them for grooming as well”
“We take my very large dog with arthritis and a torn acl to be bathed. He has difficulty getting into the bath. The employees are always very accommodating by finding an additional step for my guy to get in. It also takes more than the 20-minute max, and they are pretty understanding. I would recommend Pet Supplies Plus in Ballwin.”

“I was worried about leaving my Golden Retriever (Tucker) for first time at a groomer but he did fine. The groomer was very good with him and was quick to get him done and ready to go home. Petting him, he felt so soft and clean and seemed very happy - not stressed or anxious to leave. I will be taking him back to be groomed again in the future. Our dog isn’t the easiest when it comes to nail trims, but Kirsten is incredibly patient and gentle with him. She always takes her time, gives him extra love and attention, and makes the experience as stress-free as possible, for both of us!
The store is always spotless, and the self-wash tubs are consistently clean and ready to use. The team is quick to offer help and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pet have a great experience.

“I encountered a Yadi's Yummies booth at the Vintage Market Days. My kids loved the chicken & apple and also peanut butter & carob treats I picked up. It is a great small business story with 10% of sales going to rescue groups. The two folks at the booth were so nice. I would highly recommend, also my two furry kids approve so that is a gold star rating.”

The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and patient, they really made the whole process stress free for both me and my pup. “So I've always gone all the way to a Fallon from Saint Charles to pick up my chicken food which is such a long drive. I just had surgery and I thought I would give it a whirl just to see if I could bring up anything closer to Saint Charles so that I could get chicken food closer to homeTo my surprise, I found a location in Saint Charles and I never heard of it before and there were no reviews so I thought I would still drive up to it just to see. It is such a quaint, a little what seems like a small town country store. However, there is literally everything you need inside. We have chickens, dogs, and much more, and there's everything in the store that we could possibly need. Since I did mention, I previously just had surgery I asked the gentleman as soon as I walked in if he didn't mind helping me lift it out to my car. I told him exactly what I needed. He didn't walk me down the aisle. He knew exactly what I needed. He rang me out and brought it to my car and talk to me for about five minutes. I came from a small town in now live in the big city as I feel it is, and this location was so great with customer service, and made me feel like I was back in my small town Forget farm and home we will definitely be coming here for every thing we need from now on! I was in and out within less than two minutes. They even fill propane tanks for you for less than $14.”

“Unfortunately this awesome place is closing soon, but as someone who’s been in the fish keeping hobby for 6 years this is the best place in the entire St. Louis area for fish, supplies, aquatic plants, and general advice. The employees were always SO helpful and sweet, and their rewards system was great as well. They also carry rocks and driftwood. They take extremely good care of their animals, better than any fish store I’ve ever gone to.It was a pleasure to be able to go there! They helped me craft the perfect fish tank.”

I have yet to have any fish, I have bought there to die. Petco gets a bad rap, bc most do not have a good aquatics team that actually know what they are doing, so fish are fragile and sick most the time...not this shop, I wld recommend it to anyone! They can also order you what you want if they dont have it in stock ??”
