“Took my car in for an alignment after replacing a few suspension components, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Not only did they get my steering wheel perfectly centered, but they also showed me the before-and-after results and addressed all my concerns with respect. They didn’t just brush me off because I had aftermarket adjustable parts, either. And to top it off, they even cleaned the inside of my car! “I had a need for a hitch install on my sedan (Buick Verano) to haul some lawn equipment on a cargo carrier. I had to book my appointment about a week and a half out but well worth the wait. Cost was under $300 with install since I did not need the wiring harness (not yet at least) which included all the hardware. Management is running things smoothly and well here. Just know beforehand, that their employees are working out details for trailer rentals, truck rentals, etc be patient in line and just wait your turn. When it’s your turn they’ll help you. Their hitch install tech is a skilled gentleman who can turn the wrenches quickly, at least that’s how it worked out for me, under 45 minutes. No problems so far and I’ve cut about 5 lawns in the first week with my cargo carrier on as I just do the mowing on the side. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just don’t be rude as a customer and wait your turn, it’ll all be cool!! 5 stars!!”
