Employees are very nice but every time I go there my register rewards never print. I wish they would just get rid of the Catalina machines and stick with Walgreens cash.

This Walgreens is wonderful! Janet (pharmacy tech) Is a rockstar! She’s there every time I come into the store. Always waits on me as soon as she sees me. Very conscientious about her staff and customers!Clarissa, the pharmacy operations manager, was juggling a lot of different things back in the pharmacy (vaccines, refills, insurance issues and MD calls) and making everyone feel important! She was professional, efficient and friendly! She fit my dad in for an extra vaccine since we were already here. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had to make a purchase in order to get change. I guess making change some how has the potential of costing you money… but it can’t be that much, walgreens. I have a Walgreens loyalty account and have shopped here before… seems pretty cheap of Walgreens to not allow me to get some change for my nephew’s birthday card.
The staff was nice enough though.

I've always had great experiences at this Walgreens location. Pharmacists and Techs are helpful and courteous. They also do a better job of handling / processing manufacturers coupons for prescriptions than other locations in my experience. I simply call to ensure they received my script from the doctor and then pick it up when they say it will be ready. Often they are ready earlier than the estimate and. Receive a helpful text when ready to pick up. Simple.

Had to pick up spouse from hospital across the street. SCRIPS where supposed to b ready by 3pm is what I was told. After waiting a hr like the lady instructed, she would most definitely have them ready. Grabbed a bite to eat , came back only for her to tell me a few more minutes, 2hrs later, " keep in mind I live a hr away" lady stated she doesn't even have that medication at this location. Now 2 days later still no text or call. So I call them . What do u know, now its ready. Can u believe I got 3 calls on they way to go get the medication. RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET , WILL NEVER GO OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WOREST Enemy

I thought the location at Central School/North St.Peter’s Parkway was bad.. This is now the second time i’ve attempted to use Walgreens to get film processed and there is always issues. Last time I waited a month(3 weeks more than notified) with no notice of a delay or mix up. However the manager at that location gave me the photos with no charge and explained a mistake by new staff. Now at this location after being told they would be ready for pick up 6/22, I go into the store on 6/24 to the employee notifying me it was “Sent out late” and “To try again Monday”. Mind you there was a promotion for 50% photo that ends today 6/24, that I will no longer get to use. They ask for a phone number or email when making the order, yet they fail to communicate their errors so here I am losing time out of my morning.

Cashiers are very unwelcoming. Same with the pharmacy, "Dean." They need to be trained better or taught manners they should have learned growing up. Not at a grown age.

awful service at night. several times now I've stood at the register waiting & the evening manager (short hair) even saw me & did nothing. finally I went to get another employee after almost 5 min of waiting. the manager was on her phone, apathetic & unapologetic when coming to assist the associate helping me. I highly do not recommend this Walgreens. and the evening manager should be out of the job.
