“Had an old water heater hose burst. Could not find a direct replacement. Talked to Rich who told me they don't make them like that anymore. He carefully explained what I needed to do and selected the parts and tool I needed. I have never had a pleasant plumbing experience . . . except for this one. Expert advice and correct parts and it worked. Rich is outstanding.”
