I would highly recommend Karla. She is regular dental hygienist, did good job for me and explained everything very well beforehand so that I know what is going on during procedure.

I waited an hour past my appointment time with no apology or explanation. The front office staff were chatting about patients, mocking their decisions, conditions, and voicing frustrations. Very unprofessional. Later, I was called to confirm my follow-up appointment with the wrong time scheduled. That being said, I liked the dentist and felt she took the time to walk me through my options. The back staff were overall friendly and polite.

This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and compassionate and the Doctors and Hygienists inform you of every aspect of your treatment! Payment for services and financing your treatment needs are easy and painless. They really care about you as a patient and work hard to improve your self esteem and dental hygiene! I won’t go anywhere else!

The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. The only issue I have is they did not contact my insurance company prior and I had a cleaning done and it cost me. I was under the impression that cleanings were free periodically with insurance. My insurance said they never reached out to verify prior to my visit.Update: call from the office to clarify what I saw on my statement.

Will never return. Started with them a year ago and should have left after my 1st encounter with Dr chandi. I stayed because the rest of the attending dentists that treated me were professional and caring. But today was the final straw. I waited a week to get in for emergency visit. Had to go to urgent care to survive the wait. The attending Dr was great. He confirmed the injury to my gum and exposed jaw bone. He came up with plan to fix the injury as quickly as possible. Went to confirm with chandi and she denied me any treatment there and told him to refer me to oral surgeon. I agreed to do this and asked if I could get some pain medication while I waited to get into see a surgeon. Because I was in pain and could not eat properly. He agreed. He left to get my scripts and Dr. Chandi comes to my room in a huff with a script for mouth wash and said this will take care of it and escorted me to the exit. She had not even seen or examined the injury. I went directly to surgeon office and got appt. and now will wait another 2 weeks to see a doctor there. While I have already been endurining pain from an open wound and exposed bone in my mouth for several weeks. My experience with her in past has also been one of lacking compassion and condescending attitude. She did not care.

Friendly and competent staff. Everything was thoroughly explained with a focus on what is best for your teeth and keeping them. Scheduling is convenient and I appreciate the care and concern they are showing me.

I have always taken care of my oral health. When I had my exam at Aspen I was informed I have periodontal gum disease. Yes, I immediately started to panic. Its very scary to think you have always taken the best care of yourself and then to be given not the best news. Some would even be angry or wonder if they were given the right treatment. After speaking with multiple Hygienist about what gum disease is, the procedures I would need, and my hygiene journey moving forward I feel like I could be a hygienist with the information I now have thanks to the Aspen team! That is my biggest take away all the knowledge I now have. Everything was explained in depth, any information I was confused about they went over with extensive details and they were able to show me what they were seeing from the X-Rays! The before and after even showed where I needed heavy scaling and where the build up no longer was. If you don't want to believe what they are saying (even though they went to years of school to help get you the care you need) how would an X-Ray lie?? After the exam I had a consultation with the office manager, she then went back over everything I was just explained. I felt like the entire team I worked with knew me not just as a name but a patient seeking care. She walked me through payment, offered to qualify me for a loan if I needed any financial aid, and when she could tell I was uncomfortable with the numbers offered to break down the treatment step by step to make it more affordable and obtainable! I will always be an Aspen patient and I strongly recommend going to Aspen!!

I scheduled my initial appointment online and got in the next morning. They were able to consult with me and begin a cleaning almost immediately after. The entire process was super efficient. Each staff member was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

Everyone was nice, but.. I came into their office twice. Initially seeking to get work started on my bad teeth. NEVER was a care plan discussed. I was only told that “I know they need to pull all my teeth right?” First of all, I’m 20, even if only the tiniest bit of my teeth are saveable. I would like to try. People aren’t meant to have dentures so young. I’m aware my teeth are bad but I came in seeking to create a plan to care for my teeth, but instead at 20, was blindsided and told they would only offer me dentures/implants and pull out all my teeth. Second of all, that is NEVER the way to professionally speak to a client. “You know that right?” No? Why would I have came in seeking a treatment plan for my teeth then? Never once did they discuss any options towards saving my teeth, which is what I’m now looking elsewhere to pursue.EDIT: They replied and told me to talk to my care team about my concerns? Seriously? The main concern was regarding my Care team and their unprofessional way of explaining medical procedures. I asked for an explanation why my teeth couldn’t be saved and they would not give me one that is wrong and in violation of standards I deserve an explanation of why my teeth couldn’t be saved if they wanted to pull out all 26 of my teeth that are still inside my mouth. That is the disservice. I really don’t appreciate being replied to like I’m wrong and you telling everybody else you’ll pass it on for the team. That’s cool is what it is. I will be keeping myself and those I care about away from Aspen.

Who ever was working the front desk today (9/5/23) was super rude. Wouldnt explain my charges which I believe I have a right to know exactly what I am paying for, and loudly said my diagnosis in a waiting room with other people in it. idk if HIPAA applies to dental offices or not but it was embarassing and I felt she did that on purpose bc I was annoying her asking about what I’m paying $180 for cleaning. Sorry I am not rolling in money - other than this rude lady, the other workers are nice and the hygienist is great. Sorry this happened, maybe ask her to be a little nicer to patients.

This place is the biggest scam ever! Got one dental implant for one tooth, for the first time ever. Paid a lot due to no insurance. Next day, found out they messed up the implant while im in so much pain. They referred me to a different dentist to remove my messed up implant that they caused. Paid a lot again. So far I paid about $5246.80 out of pocket because I had no insurance during that time. Dr. Chanti promised me this and that, but kept getting me screwed over. Now theyre telling me to pay $2590 to them for a different specialist at Aspen to do my implant. Just so, I can fix the problem that they've caused. Not only the office screwed up my schedule, reason why snap finance took some money back for the implant operation, office screwed scheduling, and told me now i had to pay out of pocket for the crown, just because the office scheduled me out 6 month later, so snap got half their money back. They blamed scheduling and employment, when computers were being hacked. Because of their whole staff they screwed up my whole life over one missing tooth! IM NEVER GIVING THIS PLACE A DIME AGAIN! Everyday I now have so anxiety, and became socially awkward because im scared to show my smile.

Went last week for my first appointment, waited a while, but I was okay with it. Was told they didn't take my insurance, but the real nice lady at the end made a phone call that took her forever and got all the answer, they did take my insurance. If it wasnt for her i would have paid a ton out of pocket(im greatful for her doing that). Went in today to get a tooth pulled, it was a good experience. I do really bad with needles and always have. They were great very patient. I highly recommend them.
