Kat from Wentzville,MO store was absolutely amazing! She helped us right as we walked through the door. She took her time to walk us through the plans available, gave us the pros/cons to each phone and available promos and discounts available as I am a nurse! She was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable! My boyfriend and I actually left to go look at another store and came back within the hour because the service was exponentially better! While we are paying a little extra in comparison to the other companies quote, we felt like she was more fourth coming with all the fees and charges that we shall see! Couldn't be happier with our experience and am glad we made the switch!
Also Matt from St. Peter’s store was amazing and super helpful when my phone was not working. I went in the first time and it he was so nice and cheerful! He immediately helped me and I went on my way! Then maybe 45 mins later it stopped working again so I popped back in and he was still cheerful and pleasant and wasn’t annoyed that he had to help me again! We tried something different the second time and my phone has been working great ever since! Thank you so much Matt!!

Never gave me a credit for the phones I've traded in like promised. So we've been paying for brand new phones when under the impression we shouldn't have been. We've been customers for over 10+years and the reason we didn't get a credit was due to a malfunction in the system? Had to pay the phones off with no refund to the amount owed to us for trade ins. Embarrassing to lose loyal customers.

Bob the associate was easy going and great to work with and was very helpful. The manager was also great and checked to make sure our account was being utilized the best and looked for possible promotions that could be applied. Will be back for next needs with ATT
