“Having been a US Bank customer since 2013 and using the Wentzville Branch location in Schnuck's since 2015, I was disturbed by the low rating and decided to do something about it. I can honestly say there has never been a time in 10 plus years when my wife and I haven't been met with friendliness, a smile, and professional attitude every time. I'm talking real and genuine, not strained even when they are super busy. This is true from the Branch Manager to the Tellers, all great experiences. We recently closed a home equity loan at the Wentzville Branch and had a great experience. The closing process was thorough and every document was explained to our satisfaction. Kudos to all at the Wentzille Branch and to US Bank as the training and mentoring is working.”

I went in thinking chase wouldn’t allow me to switch someone that’s more understanding and available but they let me switch to Kevin. Kevin always replies to my emails and calls me we have been working together weekly on a budget and he’s been teaching us to utilize all chase benefits that I had no idea about. I love that he cares and understands my future goals and makes sure I know about all my options with chase for the future. It makes me feel more secure about using chase now and the future. I love that he’s a phone call away no more waiting days or weeks for a reply. I highly recommend anyone debating on if chase is the best for your business/personal to sit down with Kevin and see all that chase has to offer. I’ve been banking with them since 2019 and I’ve learned more in the two weeks I’ve spent with Kevin than in the years I’ve banked with them and he’s by far one is the best private client banker chase has. They were both very professional and helped us get everything we needed to complete our business which included three cashier checks, renewing our debit card once they noticed it was out of date and helping with getting some papers notarized. Thankyou it is nice when you feel like someone genuinely cares and is willing to help even when their weekend was about to start.”
