I had surgery and needed pain medication, that the doctor prescribed. The pharmacist said it wasn't covered, but wouldn't even allow us to buy the medicine out of pocket! The provider got involved and they finally cooperated. Please, don't get your medicine at this cvs location.

This CVS Pharmacy location has really gone downhill. The pharmacist had a terrible attitude and complete lack of empathy toward my husband who just got out of surgery and needed his medication.

I wanted to give kudos for getting great service from Ariell with helping me at the checkout and making sure that all of my rewards points were applied to my purchase. Ariell is super friendly and very knowledgeable, along with being so professional. CVS should consider her for a higher position in the CVS organization.
